Supplementary Nutrition Programme
The Social Welfare Department is the nodal Department in the implementation of Supplementary Nutrition Programme in the State.
Supplementary Nutrition Programme is provided to children below 6 yrs of age, pregnant and nursing mothers for 25 days in a month and 300 days in a year through a network of 5896 Anganwadi Centres across the State.
